Larry’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the Synergy sales team, as well as the overall strategic direction of the organization. He also maintains responsibility for key channel partner & end user relationships throughout our service area.
Although one of the youngest Principals at Synergy, Larry has been covering his territory for well over twenty years, beginning his career with his family agency,
Jacobson-Rodger Associates, and now dedicating the past fifteen years to helping to grow Synergy Electrical Sales. Larry attended Davis & Elkins College and graduated in 1991 with a BS degree in marketing and management. In his spare time, Larry and his wife Kristen are kept busy with their two daughters, Emma, Lily, and their two dogs. Larry enjoys running, skiing, golf, tennis and all types of music.He is also in charge of levity at Synergy, and enjoys every moment of it! Larry is very proud to be part of a great team.
